GEO Results / AI Search Engines
The GEO strategy has led to a 31.8% month-over-month increase in the number of sessions generated through various AI platforms between May and April 2026. In terms of visibility, we increased visibility by 3.3% between January 2026 and May 2026 for searches related to “real estate agency + [Madrid] neighborhood,” making us the real estate agency with the highest growth during this period, in addition to a 3% increase in brand sentiment.
For the types of keywords we’ve discussed, the number of citations increased by 134 in just 4 months, and we gained 21 more mentions. The detection rate also rose by 2.9%, and visibility in the Top 3 increased by 4.9%. In a market as saturated as real estate—where platforms and other real estate agencies seem to have the market completely dominated—creating a GEO strategy, both from the perspective of GEO SEO and GEO PR, has allowed us to gain visibility, outperform many of our competitors, and close the gap with the market leaders in a very short time.
Organic SEO Results
We’ve managed to increase the number of clicks by a factor of 13, impressions by a factor of 6, and improve the average SEO ranking from 35.9 to 7, all for non-branded keywords between May 2025 and May 2026. In addition, we’ve also increased the number of non-branded keywords for which we rank in Google’s Top 10 by a factor of 8.
The GEO Household Challenge
The real estate agency Hogares is a relatively new company that has opened a large number of franchises throughout the Community of Madrid in a very short time. It is experiencing rapid growth and plans to continue expanding both within the Community of Madrid and to other parts of Spain. Capitalizing on this growth, the company is seeking to stay ahead of its competitors in its digital strategy and grow organically on both traditional search engines and artificial intelligence platforms.
What have we done at GEO for Homes?
Before the GEO project, an SEO project had begun one year earlier (December 2024). We found that they had just launched their website. This website had been created entirely from a design perspective and lacked even the most basic elements of SEO, GEO, and UX. Throughout 2025, the SEO, GEO, and UX teams worked to reorganize the website, optimize it, and propose improvements that yielded very positive results.
These optimizations were applied to the category pages for “homes for rent + in [location]” and “homes for sale + in [location],” as well as to the pages for each franchise and those for properties for sale or rent.
Hogares and Azurally have been working closely together with the sole goal of improving brand visibility, carrying out initiatives both on the website and on the Google Maps listings for all of the company’s locations.
In January 2026, the GEO project began, and Azurally’s GEO PR team joined the effort. We started by preparing the GEO visibility report to assess the company’s GEO status at that time; we discussed its progress in the first section. We focused on continuing to improve website optimization, concentrating during the first few months on the franchise pages and on promoting posts related to Hogares’ work, which allowed us to increase SEO and GEO traffic for searches related to Hogares’ work.
In addition, PR GEO has implemented a series of personal branding strategies for the company’s executives and has issued two press releases that generated significant reach and coverage in several major media outlets. Furthermore, these press releases have already been detected by Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, demonstrating their indexability by AI.
In addition, five pieces of branded content have been published in media outlets that are being indexed by AI platforms in the real estate sector. One of them, published on Brainsre News, already appears as a reference used by ChatGPT in searches related to reviews of Hogares, which boosts and improves brand sentiment; furthermore, it made it into the outlet’s Top 10 most-read news stories.
