For companies of all sectors and sizes, this is a great opportunity, but it entails difficulties. The first thing we have to think about is marketing, then we have to add to it surnames such as &#8220;social media&#8221;, &#8220;content&#8221;, &#8220;digital&#8221;, &#8220;omnichannel&#8221;, &#8220;automation&#8221; and a long etcetera. The goal of any marketing technique is to improve our results, each one within its competence. These &#8220;surnames&#8221; have to be entered based on the objectives and needs of our company. Having worked for years as an MA specialist, I have seen that many companies carry out marketing actions without structure. This creates redundant actions and increases costs, both in production and investment.
